Avalanche Creative were approached by Build 401 to give their branding a complete makeover.
We started with developing their personality through a logo and tagline – “Quality living, on time and on budget”. This sums up exactly what they do in one simple sentence.
Next we developed all their corporate stationery based on their new brand identity, then moved on to their website.
Again, we’ve built their website in the easy to use WordPress Content Management System, which we love here at Avalanche – so easy for clients to use and update.
Mountain Health09/06/2011
Recently we updated the logo and website for a local health food store in Ferntree Gully – Mountain Health. The logo is based on an old hand painted sign on the window which you can still see on the actual store in Mountain Gate Shopping Centre.
Their new health foods website has been built as an information portal to have lots of handy information regarding natural medicine and health. The Mountain Health girls will regularly update the website with tips on healthy living with the first post tipped to be on Stress (something we all suffer from!! As a bonus, if you sign up to their e-newsletter, you’re eligible for specials and discounts from their store!
The Mountain Health website has been built in WordPress, a simple Content Management System which means the girls will be able to update it quickly and easily whenever they like.
We do give training for our WordPress websites and teach you how to update it yourselves. Don’t be alarmed as no prior experience is needed, it’s a bit like Microsoft Word, but with more features.

On behalf of Avalanche and Michael of Hive BDM, we’re proud to announce that the Hive BDM is now live! Started somewhere in 2009, this website has patiently waited through a couple of office moves and a very happy wedding and now is standing live, waiting to climb up the google ranks!

Heathmont Animal Hospital22/02/2011
Heathmont Animal Hospital approached us earlier this year to redesign their veterinary website. The original one was designed years ago and badly needed an update. We had a look at their website along with other competing websites and felt that what they needed was something bright, friendly and approachable. Introducing the new Heathmont Animal Hospital Website! 
We’d recommend a visit to the site to get a full view of what we’ve done -> Lots of friendly animal pictures, lots of pictures of happy clients and all about the Heathmont vet team. They really are a friendly bunch, as we’ve sent our own pets there for superb care!

Hi All! Just thought we’d let you know that we’ve launched yet another website: Turner Publications!
We began by creating a brand for Paul Turner, a holistic osteopath based in Eastern Victoria, a man who’s very passionate about holistic healing and natural therapy. Paul has spent a lot of time developing 3 informative guides to holistic healing with which he’s in talks with publishers. (You can buy his books direct from the Turner Publications website where he offers discounts for buying direct.)
Paul Turner’s site aims to be a small hub for holistic healing. The website is built ground-up in wordpress, by our very talented John and features an easy to update blog, and downloadable book chapters. The shopping cart takes you to a secure external website which is skinned to look like the original website! Although in its infancy, the website leaves room for future growth!

Should you Fire your Website?
So you employed a sales person who just isn’t bringing in the deals you were expecting, maybe they don’t always arrive on time or their appearance just seemed a little….. er… downbeat…. you would have something to tell them, wouldn’t you?
Maybe they are hard to find, even when you looked in all the usual places. Going to their home address, you discover that what they had to say was just a bit dull or even worse, there was a coming soon sign in the window…… well you would fire them…. wouldn’t you?

The new FIA Sports Management site has been launched! FIA are a global football talent management team that look after many famous and up and coming footballers from Australia and around the globe. With the likes of Carlos Hernandez and Melissa Barbieri in their ranks, they’ve sure proven their management skills.
They approached Avalanche to design a site that was clean, corporate and user friendly. To explain the wealth of services that they offer, we created five different sections to break down the information into bite sized information. Also included is a nifty little Player Profile wheel, which spins around to the player you’ve selected, then displaying all their credentials. Also includes easily updatable news section and links to youtube videos.

Seniors Coach Tours specialise in Australian coach tours for the over 60s, and organise tours from North to South of Australia as well as to New Zealand and Norfolk Island. With a growing clientele base and everchanging tour guide, Seniors Coach Tours needed a fresh new website that made it easy and simple for their clients to browse potential tours.
We started by recreating their logo, making it simpler and more flexible across different mediums. Then we redesigned the website from bottom up, making sure that each step was as simple and clear as possible.

As promised, the new and improved Surface Interiors website by Avalanche Creative
Features an easy Content Management System with a great section of images that really show off all the work that Surface Interiors have done over the past years – from pharmacies to retail outlets even down to custom built desks like the one in our office.

Avalanche Creative have used Dandenong-based Surface Interiors to build a custom-designed desk in our office. We were highly impressed with their knowledge, skills and creative flair when it came to building a desk that we wanted. After hearing our idea, they gave material recommendations, ideas for improvements and helped us keep to a budget. They also stuck to agreed deadlines and everything fit perfectly when they put it together. We’d definitely recommend them to you!!

Our latest completed website is Clayton North Primary School, a government school in Melbourne’s South. Clayton North is a primary school known for its cultural diversity and prides itself in its great teachers, learning environment and facilities..
The website features an interactive flipbook in a scrapbook style which shows off all the school subjects and extracurricular programs. The website is also acts as an information resource guide for parents with downloadable PDFs and links. We’ve also embedded a google calendar in there so teachers can quickly update latest events and news straight into the website. It contains lots of useful information for current students/parents and prospective students alike!
The Clayton North Primary School website has been designed in wordpress, which is a simple yet powerful CMS system. This website, like all websites is SEO friendly, meaning it is built in such a way that makes it easy to find via search engines like google.
